Our process begins with receiving your request, after which we will reach out via phone or email to discuss your specific needs. Once we accept your request, we will schedule an inspection and cleaning.

 

During the inspection, we carefully evaluate the headstone's physical condition, checking for cracks, delaminations, and any damage.

 

After that, if the headstone is determined to be safe to work on, we will proceed with the cleaning.

If we determine that the headstone is not safe to work on we will inform you immediately with a phone call.

Some things that prevent us from physically working on the headstone include:

Leaning or out of level stones

​

Chips in the stone lettering and engravings

​

Delamination of the stone

​

Damage to the headstone foundation. Damage to the headstone foundation is usually caused from lawn mowing equipment colliding with the base of the stone.
